As well as a technical overview of Dimensions, the workshop will include demonstrations of how the questionnaire – and the other components of Talent Q Assessment Systems – can be used across the various stages of the talent lifecycle. Practical exercises will familiarise delegates with interpretation and feedback of both the Trait profile and Behavioural Type at Work profile, illustrating how Dimensions can be used in both selection and development contexts. All remaining Dimensions report outputs will be reviewed and comprehensive support documentation will be provided to facilitate ongoing learning and familiarisation.

Delegates who are not existing Talent Q clients will be also eligible for a free trial of the Talent Q Assessment Systems, to enable them to explore the utility of Dimensions in their own organisational context. Prior to attending, delegates will have the opportunity to complete Dimensions for themselves and will receive their feedback report on the day. They will also receive a Dimensions accreditation certificate and electronic copies of all training materials.
