Training in Psychometric Assessment
Our training in psychometric assessment is centered on the use of ability and personality assessment in the workplace and accredits delegates in the use of our Elements ability tests and Dimensions personality questionnaire. Our courses are aligned against the new British Psychological Society (BPS) standards in Occupational Test use.
These are delivered through a combination of e-learning, telephone tutorials and a final classroom practical and assessment session, giving delegates the opportunity to pace their learning to suit their needs. Alternatively, the courses can be run for clients on an in-house basis.
For those who already have BPS Level B certification, we run complimentary, half-day Introduction to Dimensions workshops, to accredit practitioners in the use of this personality questionnaire.
Masterclasses
Our Masterclasses focus on the application of our assessments in development contexts, with both individuals and team. Each masterclass is one day in duration and can also be run for clients on an in-house basis. Public masterclasses are scheduled periodically throughout the year.
Assessment expert courses
These two day courses provide practitioners with the core skills to effectively conduct objective and fair assessment in their own organisations. Assessment Expert courses are classroom-based and run for clients on an in-house basis.
