MultiView reports are highly graphical and include an overview profile, detailed profiles from each rater group, free text comments and a tailored personal development guide. Typical rating time is less than 15 minutes per rater, affording significant time savings over other multi-rater questionnaires. Competencies can be selected by the administrator depending on relevance or mapped against an organisation’s own model.
The design of the report allows for easy comparison across and if required within rater groups, clearly highlighting any differences in ratings, helping to facilitate targeted development discussions.
