Talent Q Assessment Systems, of which Dimensions is a part, includes smart recruitment functionality to help users make the hiring process more streamlined. Candidates can be evaluated and ranked against the requirements of the job using the Role Profiling Wizard. This smart recruitment functionality means that you can:

  • Quickly identify the best ‘fit’ candidates for the role

For those without this qualification Talent Q provides an innovative blended e-learning Assessing Personality in Organisations course to equip the learner with the skills and knowledge necessary to select, deploy, analyse and feedback the Dimensions component of Talent Q Assessment Systems.

Aligned to the new BPS standards, our accredited training courses are delivered though a combination of e-learning, telephone tutorials and a final classroom practical and assessment session, affording delegates the opportunity to pace their learning to suit their needs. The unique design of our blended training removes the needs to attend lengthy classroom based training. In-house classroom format is also available.

And for those who are already Level B qualified, Talent Q runs regular complimentary half-day Introduction to Dimensions workshops so getting started couldn’t be simpler. Multiple reports can be generated for use across the stages of the talent lifecycle (i.e. recruitment, re-organisation, individual development, team development, executive coaching and outplacement), all from one assessment. Report Options:

Trait Profile Measures 15 personality traits, plus 3 response style factors, designed to reflect the most commonly occurring competencies used by organisations.
Narrative Report Automatically generated narrative comments describing the possible implications of the respondent’s typical personality and behaviour at work.
Team Profile Profile relating to a model of 8 team roles. Results for up to 12 people can be combined into a Composite Team Profile, providing insight into the team as a whole.
Type At Work Profile Used for development purposes, this profile provides feedback on an individual’s personality type in the work environment.
Sales Profile This profile applies personality styles to the context of sales. Dimensions Sales Model breaks down the sales process into 8 key stages and suggests the likely level of comfort in each area.
Derailment Report Report looks at 8 factors known as ‘Derailers’ intrinsic personality factors, which may derail an individual in times of pressure.
Elements Report This provides the results of the Elements Numerical, Logical and Verbal tests alongside any of the other Dimensions reports.
Role Match Profile This report takes the Dimensions data for an individual and compares it to the requirements of the job which have been pre-defined using Talent Q’s Role Profiling Wizard. This provides an indication of the likely fit of the candidate to the role.
Interview Guide Based on the requirements of the job as defined in the Role Profile, the guide provides corresponding interview questions to support recruitment interviews.

Customised Reporting

Talent Q offers clients a fast and cost-effective option for customising standard product reports to reflect the competency framework of the organisation. With many organisations having their own behavioural frameworks to support talent management, this customised approach yields great returns as users engage with the information more readily.
