Team Development
Optimising team performance is often a neglected area for many organisations. Significant impact can be quickly realised by helping team members to understand each other’s styles and motivations. Talent Q’s approach to team development focuses on the key shared tasks where team members are interdependent, identifying the nature of these and the combination of behaviours required to execute the set tasks successfully. Talent Q’s Dimensions personality assessment system underpins many team development interventions by providing an initial start point to analyse a team’s style, where people can complement each other and potential sources of conflict. We work with teams by providing objective insight to facilitate and enable peak performance.
Focused Employee Surveys
Talent Q’s employee surveys are designed to address specific organisational questions and provide feedback to enable data-driven decision-making. Tailored survey design is an intrinsic element of every project as we avoid an off-the-shelf approach, recognising the diversity of organisational contexts. Surveys are usually developed online, but paper-based versions can be made available for employee groups without regular access to computers or where the working environment favours a paper and pencil based approach. Our surveys don’t seek to replace global census surveys, but instead aim to answer specific questions or to collect data at a specific critical point in time.
