Current Vacancies:

Web/UI Developer – Reporting to the Head of IT, you will support the development of our corporate website(s) and online assessment systems. Your core responsibilities will focus on the implementation/maintenance of our third-party content management system, the design and navigation experience of our website(s), supporting the UI development of our core assessment systems, the production/sourcing of stock graphics and the design/implementation of product related micro sites. You should have a demonstrable track record of designing user friendly websites as well as experience of using content management systems, such as WordPress, Drupal, and applying W3C web standards and web accessibility measures. Project Manager / Business Analyst – Reporting to the Head of IT, you will contribute to the delivery of Talent Q’s product development strategy by managing IT workflow and web-based product development activity as well as writing specification documents that aid development.
